Dues

A sponsor of a limited partnership, REIT, limited liability company or other specialty finance offering is eligible to be a member of the Investment Program Association.

Annual Dues are calculated using your company’s capital raised in the previous year as follows:

• $10,000 Sponsor – ($0 – 50 Million)
• $25,000 Sponsor – ($51 – 100 Million)
• $50,000 Sponsor – ($101 Million and Above)

Associate memberships are available for law and accounting firms and other service firms interested in receiving up-to-date information on industry developments and regulatory and legislative matters.

Broker/Dealer firms are welcome to join the Investment Program Association and support its activities on a complimentary basis. No dues are charged for a Broker/Dealer member.
