The IPA is pleased to share two important resources on Qualified Opportunity Zones (QOZs) from our QOZ coalition partners, both of which provide transparency into fundraising and impacts resulting from QOZ investments.
- Fundraising survey from Novogradac tracking 346 QOZ funds with a specific fundraising target. Of those 346 funds, 297 report targeted investment type and 164 report the amount of equity raised to date. Opportunity Zones Activity Map published by the Economic Innovation Group (EIG). This interactive online portal highlights some of the most innovative and impactful publicly announced developments since the inception of QOZs, including investments, new funds and public and civic sector initiatives creating an impact in local communities.
