Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee

This Committee works to support and advance efforts to achieve equity for the members of the IPA and throughout the portfolio diversifying investment industry. The Committee focuses on providing tools and resources to assist members in seeking innovation and collaboration through focus on an inclusive and diverse workforce bringing people of diverse backgrounds, experiences and expertise together. The Committee plays a key role in developing best practices for the IPA and its members as well as providing IPA members equity-focused events and other programming. The Committee conducts regular Committee calls and in-person meetings at IPA conferences. Annual workplans and schedules will be determined by the Committee.
