Diversity and Sustainability Committee

This Committee works to support and advance efforts to achieve equity and promote environmentally and economically sustainable policies for the members of the IPA and throughout the portfolio diversifying investment industry. The Committee focuses on providing tools and resources to assist members in seeking innovation and collaboration through focus on an inclusive and diverse workforce bringing people of diverse backgrounds, experiences and expertise together. The Committee also plays a key role in promoting sustainable real estate ownership, development and leasing through policies, research and developing best practices for the IPA and its members as well as providing IPA members events and other programming. The Committee conducts regular Committee calls and in-person meetings at IPA conferences. Annual workplans and schedules will be determined by the Committee.
