1031 Market Equity Update – In Partnership with Mountain Dell Consulting
The syndicated 1031/DST market continues to be resilient, offering retail investors real opportunities to invest in institutionally managed commercial real estate. Strong performance has led to consistent distributions and positive full cycle returns. The global pandemic aside, we continued to see a surge in new offerings and capital flow and are expecting the same in 2021. As we turn our attention to the new administration, it’s clear 1031 is once again facing the possibility of extinction.
Hear the IPA and Mountain Dell Consulting as they co-hosted a thoughtful discussion on the past, present and future of this important investment opportunity. They provided a complete summary of 2020 performance, a 2021 outlook, review the incredible data and research the IPA Data & Research committee has been mining, listening in directly from those on the front line of our advocacy initiatives.
