A Closer Look at the Proliferation of Preferred Stock Offerings

The proliferation of different structures has provided retail clients unprecedented choice for accessing Portfolio Diversifying Investments (PDIs). In addition to providing access to different asset classes, the nuance of structure can also provide features that may have been otherwise beyond reach.

This call will focus on the expansion of preferred stock offerings and how preferred offerings can complement a client’s portfolio. In addition to looking at different asset classes found in preferred structures, we will also examine how a preferred offering provides client benefits beyond simply asset class exposure.
