    Jeannette Spaulding is CEO of Inveniam Asset Management and previously served as CEO of BlockPortal, an Inveniam ecosystem company. She is an experienced technology leader, having served as Vice President, Integration Technology at BNY Mellon and Vice President within the Chief Operating Office of Bank of America’s Global Banking and Markets Technology division. Jeannette has been deeply embedded in the blockchain and digital asset space since 2017, having founded the consulting firm Crypto Research Group. Prior to that, she was an investment strategist and managed portfolios for institutional investors globally as part of BlackRock’s OCIO team, with $400+ billion of assets under management. She has also served as a strategist at BNP Paribas Investment Partners and researcher at Natixis Private Equity. Jeannette graduated cum laude from Columbia University with a Bachelor of Arts in French and Romance Philology. She went on to earn a Master’s in Finance and Strategy from Sciences Po Paris, a French Grande École. She then completed a Master of Science in Sustainable Development at Uppsala University in Sweden, where she was named a University Scholar.

Over his career, Will has worked with several successful companies in building out distribution and capital raising efforts, including ING Funds, Dividend Capital, and Preferred Apartment Communities. Will has a BS in Business from Emmanuel College and holds a Series 7, 24, and 63 securities licenses.
