Brandon HuntPortfolio Manager, Strategic Capital Fund Management
Brandon has nearly 13 years of experience in the alternative investment industry and has been involved in over $7B in investment offerings. He currently serves as Portfolio Manager for Strategic Capital Fund Management (SCFM). Brandon plays integral roles in product development and fund management, market research and thought leadership for the company. He is also instrumental in interfacing with institutional firms, due diligence personnel and financial advisors regarding the intricacies of the company’s investment strategies.
Brandon started his career in 2007 as an analyst for a commercial real estate acquisitions team where he assisted in underwriting investments, compiling industry research and providing analysis of public REITs. Since then, Brandon has served in various sales and management roles at several alternative investment companies, and has directly raised over $250 million in equity across multiple platforms. Brandon graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University Honors Program at California State University Fullerton. His studies included real estate and corporate finance, with a special interest in alternative investments and derivatives. He was also recipient of the CSUF College of Business and Economics Alumni Scholarship, CSUF Dean’s Advisory Board Scholarship and the TABR Capital Management Scholarship.

Jim CondonPresident, Strategic Capital Fund Management
Jim Condon is a co-owner of Strategic Capital and serves as President of Strategic Capital Fund Management, LLC. In his role as president Mr. Condon oversees the operations, investment activities, capital markets, and asset management of Strategic Capital Fund Management. He is also a member of the investment committees for each of the firm’s investment offerings. Mr. Condon has nearly 20 years’ experience in investment management within the financial services industry.
Throughout his career he has held various sales and executive positions for Capital Group/American Funds, Schroder Investment Management, and Refco Alternative Investments. Over this time period, Mr. Condon has worked with REITs, managed futures, hedge funds, equity investments, fixed income funds, and private placements that raised and deployed approximately $11 billion. He holds an M.B.A., cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame and a B.S. in finance from Park School of Business at Ithaca College. He is also a Certified Investment Management Analyst® from the Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania.
