Tax legislation has far reaching implications. It is critical that we identify and analyze the effects of tax reform on Portfolio Diversifying Investments (PDIs) and chart an effective course for implementation of the new law.

This call will focus on the tax package and discuss the implications of tax changes to Portfolio Diversifying Investment (PDI) industry participants. We will examine
provisions of the law, including retention of the 1031 exchange and the deduction for pass through entities, and how these changes may affect product development
and client usage
