As product types expand from Lifecycle REITs and BDCs to include increasing numbers of Private Placement and Closed End Fund offerings, so change the operational and due diligence needs of sponsors, broker-dealers and RIAs.

This call explores the due diligence efficiencies required to be effective in evaluating product and mitigating risk. We also examine the need to deliver flexibility between both broker-dealer and advisory platforms and how firms are working with custodians to deliver seamless operational capacity.
