During this conversation, we will cover a wide range of issues from SECURE 2.0 implementation to DOL’s stance on cryptocurrency, brokerage windows, and alternative investments in a defined contribution plan or QDIA, to the newly proposed rulemaking that everyone is talking about – the Fiduciary Rule governing investment advice. The DOL has certainly kept benefit practitioners busy over the last few months and May is the Administration’s unofficial deadline to finalize all of these rules, so this discussion will come at a critical time. You don’t want to miss this important discussion with a key Administration official.
